Adobong Sitaw at Adobong Kangkong (Stringbeans and Swamp Cabbage Adobo)

Adobong Sitaw at Adobong Kangkong...dalawang uri na namang gulay na talaga namang nakakapagpatulo ng laway. My food presentation today is a combination of Spicy Stringbeans and Swamp Cabbage Adobo; braised in soy sauce, vinegar, spices such as chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic, ground and hot peppers...plus I added an experimental additional ingredient na Reno Liver Spread ahi hi hi. Ginisa ko lang ang mga spices plus the liver spread, then added stringbeans...then later on, the kangkong. The natural juices of each ingredients combined are enough to cook everything and the dish came out perfectly fine...not becoming too dry. Gusto ko kasi, wet-looking siya eh. Oh yeah...Home cooking rocks!!!
